About Me

I offer an integrated therapeutic approach to help you make the changes you need to move on with your life. In other words, we work together looking at solutions rather than problems - which in most cases takes around six sessions (with the exception of smoking cessation which is two). I will work with you using hypnotherapy to help you make any necessary changes to find freedom in your life to achieve your own personal hopes and dreams. The treatment you receive will be as unique as you are, to help bring about deep and therefore lasting change. You will be in control at all stages of the hypnotherapy.

I live locally with my family and I trained at Masters Level at the renowned National College of hypnosis and psychotherapy, one of the longest established and most respected hypnotherapy/hypno-psychotherapy training institutes in the world. I am also a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.


I also hold a BA (Hons.) degree and a Post Graduate diploma from Kings College, London. I am registered with the National Society of Hypnosis, Psychotherapy and Mindfulness, and abide by their code of ethics. I have full professional indemnity insurance and in keeping with my professional code of conduct, I undergo regular supervision.

My practice offers privacy, space and support for you to take the time to focus on the issues and goals you have and to help you explore what you want from your life in a non-judgemental environment
