Instant Calm: 1. Inhale through the nose for 3 2. Exhale through the mouth for 5 3. Inhale through the nose for 5 4. Exhale through the mouth for 7 5. Inhale through the nose for 7 6. Exhale through the mouth for 11 7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 as needed


Breathing this way automatically invokes the bodies relaxation response.
