Mindful Moments

Mindfulness gives you an opportunity to experience life rather than whizzing through it. A simple shift in awareness, a pause, a moment to stop and be present in the moment, letting go of the need to think forward or backwards and just be. Mindfulness matters now more than ever in our fast paced world where we are always 'on', emails, texts, phone calls, rushing here and there...this can lead to feeling stressed, anxious and a feeling of being in a perpetual state of motion. Introducing mindfulness to your life gives you a chance to stop and be still every day. It doesn't require much, a few seconds a few times a day. In the same was as exercise keeps your body healthy, mindfulness keeps your mind healthy. There is no reason not to do it.
