Everyone and anyone can benefit from psychotherapy, essentially a talking therapy to help you explore your concerns, thoughts and feelings whether they are from the past, present or future, to help you improve your mental health. Psychotherapy is as unique and individual as you are, so that the therapy fits you and not the other way round.
So, I'm trained in lots of different sorts of psychotherapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychosensorimotor Therapy, Somatic Sensory Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Which means I have plenty of tools in my tool kit to help you in the way that is right for you. This includes trauma processing and recovery interventions, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and/or any other emotional difficulties or even psychosomatic symptoms.
